Yes, all orders must exceed 20 lbs, and they are not eligible for free shipping. Orders below 40 lbs will incur a shipping/handling fee based on the zip code. Orders weighing 40 lbs or more may qualify for free two-day shipping, and opting for next day shipping may require an additional fee.

All items are vacuum-sealed, creating an airless environment to ensure high quality and an extended shelf life in your freezer. Products are stored in our sub-zero freezer system until the time of shipping. Sealed dry ice bags are placed in the box with your product to maintain low temperatures during transit.

We ship only on Mondays through Wednesdays every week using UPS, FedEx, or US Postal Service for two-day delivery based on your zip code. Orders placed before 11 AM CST on Wednesday will be shipped the same week; orders placed after the 11 AM CST Wednesday deadline will be shipped the following week. Deliveries are expected within two days of shipping, typically arriving on Wednesday or Thursday. Occasionally, deliveries may extend to Friday due to factors beyond our control. Upon shipping, you will receive a tracking number displaying the estimated delivery date and allowing you to monitor the delivery progress.
