Due to the perishable nature of our items, we regret to inform you that returns cannot be accepted. Unlike non-perishable goods, once our products leave our control, they cannot be restocked or resold.

Kindly review your order and corresponding receipt thoroughly. If any modifications are necessary, please promptly email masfoods@masfi.com. Once an order has been processed for shipping, alterations cannot be accommodated. It is crucial to ensure the accuracy of your shipping information during the ordering process, as we cannot guarantee the condition of the delivery in the following situations:

  1. Incorrect address entry.
  2. Failure to update a change of address.
  3. Alteration of the address while in transit.
  4. Inability to retrieve the order on the guaranteed delivery date without prior notification before invoicing.

Please enter your shipping address carefully and double-check for errors when placing your order. In the event of an incorrectly entered shipping address, promptly email masfoods@masfi.com with the subject "INCORRECT ADDRESS" for correction.

If your order is returned due to an incorrect address provided or refusal of delivery as per our terms and conditions, the contents must be disposed of, and no refund will be issued.
