Welcome to MAS Foods International, LLC ("MASFI," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MASFI website, products, subscriptions, services, communications, and related platforms.

By accessing our website, creating an account, purchasing products, subscribing to services, or otherwise interacting with MASFI, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

MASFI makes reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, pricing, nutritional information, ingredient information, product images, and packaging details are accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur.

MASFI reserves the right to:

• Correct pricing or description errors
• Limit quantities purchased
• Refuse or cancel orders
• Modify product offerings
• Discontinue products without notice
• Substitute packaging when necessary

Product images are for illustrative purposes only and actual products or packaging may vary.

Availability of products is not guaranteed.

 

Member Pricing

Member‑exclusive pricing is available only to customers enrolled in an active monthly subscription program. Member pricing does not apply to one‑time purchases or non‑subscription orders. MASFI reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or update member pricing, eligibility requirements, and promotional benefits at any time. All member pricing is subject to change without notice.

 

Food Safety & Allergen Notice

MASFI products are manufactured and processed in food production facilities that may handle common allergens.

Although MASFI may market certain products as free from specific ingredients or allergens, we cannot guarantee that cross-contact with allergens will never occur.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all product labels, ingredient statements, nutrition information, and packaging before consumption.

Individuals with food allergies or medical dietary restrictions should consult a healthcare professional before consuming products.

MASFI is not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities resulting from customer consumption of products.

Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you authorize MASFI and its third-party payment processing providers to charge your selected payment method for all applicable charges, including taxes, shipping, handling, subscriptions, and recurring payments.

MASFI reserves the right to:

• Refuse or cancel orders
• Verify billing or shipping information
• Limit quantities purchased
• Reject orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity

Payment information is processed securely by third-party payment processing providers. MASFI does not store full payment card information on its systems.

 

Subscription Terms & Automatic Renewal

Certain MASFI products or services may be offered through recurring subscriptions.

By subscribing you authorize MASFI to automatically charge your payment method at the recurring interval selected during checkout unless canceled prior to the next billing date.

Subscription pricing, shipment frequency, product availability, and promotional benefits may change over time.

Customers are responsible for managing subscription settings and maintaining valid payment information.

Once a subscription order has been processed for fulfillment, it may not be canceled, modified, refunded, or reversed.

Customers may cancel future subscription renewals through their account settings or by contacting support@masfi.com before the next billing date.

MASFI reserves the right to modify or terminate subscription programs at any time.

 

Shipping & Delivery

MASFI products are shipped frozen using insulated packaging and dry ice designed to maintain product quality during normal transit conditions.

Shipping dates and delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Dry ice may partially or fully dissipate during shipping, and products may arrive partially thawed. Products are considered acceptable if cold to the touch under USDA food safety guidance.

Customers are responsible for promptly retrieving deliveries and properly refrigerating or freezing products upon delivery.

Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for proper storage, handling, preparation, and consumption transfers to the customer.

MASFI is not responsible for:

• Incorrect shipping addresses
• Failed delivery attempts
• Carrier delays
• Weather-related disruptions
• Delivery access restrictions
• Stolen packages after confirmed delivery
• Customer failure to retrieve deliveries promptly
• Events outside MASFI's reasonable control

If a shipment experiences a carrier delay, customers should inspect products immediately upon arrival and contact support@masfi.com if products appear unsafe for consumption.

Refund & Replacement Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final.

Refunds, replacements, and credits are governed by the MASFI Refund & Replacement Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. For claims window please reference the Refund & Replacement Policy under Claim Requirements.

Customers acknowledge and agree that all refund, replacement, and credit determinations are made at

MASFI's sole discretion in accordance with the MASFI Refund & Replacement Policy.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including but not limited to:

• Logos
• Branding
• Product names
• Graphics
• Images
• Videos
• Recipes
• Marketing materials
• Website design
• Software
• Written content

is owned by MASFI or its licensors and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, copy, scrape, modify, republish, transmit, or commercially exploit website content without prior written permission from MASFI.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity occurring under your account.

You agree not to:

• Share account access
• Submit false information
• Impersonate another individual
• Use automated purchasing systems or bots
• Attempt to interfere with website security
