SHIPPING & HANDLING: By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to cover any applicable shipping and handling charges as indicated during the transaction. We retain the right to adjust, modify, include, or remove shipping and handling fees periodically. Rest assured; you will be informed of the relevant charges before completing your purchase. Typically, third-party couriers manage the shipping process, and the actual delivery dates may differ from those displayed in your online account or during checkout. It is understood that you will not procure or order the shipment of a product for export. All product acquisitions from us are conducted under the terms of a shipment contract.
DELIVERIERS: You are required to carefully examine all products received from us for any damage or issues upon delivery. Additionally, it is your sole responsibility to assess the freshness of the products. Ensure that upon delivery, the products are refrigerated cold, measuring below 40°F with a food thermometer. If the temperature exceeds 40°F or if you suspect any product in your delivery is unsuitable for consumption, contact us at masfoods@masfi.com, attaching photos of the item(s), and discard the item(s).
To uphold product quality, promptly refrigerate all perishable items upon delivery, and adhere to the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s refrigeration and food safety guidelines, available here. From the point of delivery, the condition and consumption of the products are entirely at your risk, and you bear responsibility for proper washing, handling, preparation, storage, cooking, use, and consumption of the products. Following delivery, it is recommended to follow the USDA’s instructions on safe food handling, found here. Additionally, strictly adhere to cooking instructions, and use a food thermometer to ensure poultry items meet the USDA's recommended internal temperatures, available here. Neglecting safe food handling practices may heighten the risk of foodborne illness. Pregnant women, young children, the elderly, and those with compromised immune systems should follow the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s recommendations for at-risk groups, found here.
If you are not present during delivery, the courier will leave the frozen, individually packaged, and labeled products at your door. The packages are designed with built-in insulation and dry ice to maintain optimal temperature during transit. Dry ice amounts are calculated based on your location and courier delivery time. Although dry ice may evaporate by the delivery date, your order should stay cold and fresh for several hours. Depending on the season and temperature, plan for proper storage before consumption. In certain areas, you can provide delivery instructions when setting up your MAS Foods International, LLC account, such as leaving the delivery with a door attendant or neighbor. Anyone accepting the delivery at the specified address is presumed authorized. In cases of inclement weather or unforeseen events affecting delivery, we will strive to deliver as soon as possible. If there is a courier delay, inspect contents and email masfoods@masfi.com immediately with concerns, attaching photos for review. In the rare event that timely delivery is unfeasible, we will cancel the affected delivery period, issuing a credit or refund for the purchase price.
