Ordering & Account
No—there’s no minimum order amount. Larger orders may qualify for discounted two‑day shipping, while next‑day delivery may include additional fees.
Log into your MAS Foods International (MASFI) account, then go to Account Settings where you can view and update your personal information.
Address changes must be requested before the order ships.
Sales tax will be applied at checkout if your order is shipped to one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Idaho, Mississippi, Missouri, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah and Virginia.
Yes. We can support large volumes and institutional purchases. Please email support@masfi.com with product details, estimated quantities, delivery location, and timing so our team can review and follow up with pricing and next steps.
Shipping, Handling & Delivery
We ship Monday and Tuesday each week using UPS, FedEx, or USPS for two-day delivery. Orders placed before 7 AM CST Tuesday cutoff time may ship the same week. Orders placed after that cutoff time ship the following week. Delivery is expected within two days but may occasionally extend to Friday due to holidays or weather when shipping out product(s) on Wednesday. Tracking information is emailed upon shipment.
A tracking number is emailed once your order ships. Carrier updates provide the most current delivery estimates.
We ship orders only on Mondays and Tuesdays to protect product quality and food safety. Delivery timelines shown at checkout or by the carrier are estimates and are not guaranteed.
During weeks that include federal holidays or carrier service interruptions, we may delay shipping to avoid packages sitting in carrier warehouses for extended periods. If an order is shipped on an appropriate day that is not affected by a known holiday, responsibility for transit timing and delivery rests with the carrier once the package is handed off.
Carrier delays, weather events, or warehouse holds may extend delivery beyond two days. MASFI is not responsible for delays that occur after the package enters the carrier network when the order is shipped according to our standard shipping schedule. MASFI may delay your shipment if weather or events could prevent on-time delivery.
Overnight may be available for an extra cost. When checking out select “Next Day Shipping” and you will be routed to this shipping option.
MASFI ships frozen products to street addresses in the lower 48 states only. UPS and FedEx cannot deliver frozen shipments to P.O. Boxes. USPS may serve some addresses. Contact USPS customer service for confirmation.
No. Boxes are released without signature, so they are not delayed.
Placement is determined by the carrier. When ordering you can add delivery preferences such as where the package is left or other instructions. Availability and enforcement of these instructions are controlled by the carrier and are not guaranteed by MASFI. Customers are responsible for bringing the package indoors promptly after delivery.
Delays may occur due to factors outside our control. If a shipment arrives warm, contact support@masfi.com within 24 hours of delivery. MASFI may delay shipping during severe conditions to reduce product risk.
Yes. Eligible members can select a preferred delivery week through their account. Go to account, then My deliveries, select “Delivery Week” and choose your preferred week of the month.
Check all delivery locations around your address. If the package is still missing, contact the carrier first, then email support@masfi.com to see if we can assist.
All items are vacuum sealed and kept in our sub-zero freezer system until shipping. Sealed dry ice bags are placed in the box to maintain low temperatures during transit.
Receiving, Storage & Product Care
Open the box immediately and move all items into your freezer.
If your product is still very cold to the touch, or still has ice crystals, you can safely refreeze it or cook it right away. This aligns with USDA guidance that food can be safely refrozen if it still contains ice crystals or is at 40°F or below. (USDA1)
If the product feels warm, or you are not sure it stayed cold, do not eat it. Email support@masfi.com right away with clear photos of the box, insulation, dry ice, and the product so we can help. USDA notes that once food warms above 40°F, bacteria can begin to multiply, so when in doubt, treat it as unsafe. (USDA2)
Optional best practice: If you have a food thermometer, you can check the package surface temperature. Both USDA and FDA materials use 40°F as the key safety cutoff for cold holding and for deciding whether thawed or partially thawed frozen food can be safely refrozen. (USDA2)
Yes. These natural changes do not affect safety.
Thaw in the refrigerator overnight. Do not thaw at room temperature. (USDA2)
Refrigeration is not recommended except for short thawing. Cook within 24 to 48 hours if refrigerated.
Refreezing open packages is not recommended after the product has thawed fully. If the product is frozen and the package is open to remove a few items for cooking, the unused frozen portion may be returned to the freezer.
Vacuum sealed products maintain quality for several months. Best use is within 3 to 6 months.
The amount varies by order, weight, and destination. Dry ice may fully evaporate before delivery. This is normal.
Do not touch dry ice with bare hands. Leave any remaining dry ice in a well-ventilated area and allow it to evaporate naturally. Keep away from children and pets.
